I’m Louise, I’m a counsellor and yoga teacher based in the West of Edinburgh (Corstorphine). I specialise in perinatal counselling and yoga class for women, pregnancy yoga and parent & baby yoga.
I teach yoga for women who want to exercise in a way that brings them joy, feel less stressed and spend well-deserved time looking after their body and mind.
Classes are a flowing style of yoga for body and mind. You'll leave feeling relaxed and yet energised; calm and strong. Every class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners who are always welcome.
Yoga Classes
Parent & Baby Yoga
A baby class that is as much for you as it is for baby. Flowing yoga postures to build strength, balance and mobility. Have fun and connect with your baby through baby yoga moves. Join a community of parents and feel supported.
Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy yoga and birth preparation to help you feel strong and calm, empowered and confident in your ability to birth your baby, prepared for your fourth trimester recovery, and meet a community of other mums-to-be.
Women’s Yoga
Flowing vinyasa-style yoga for body and mind. You'll leave feeling relaxed and yet energised; calm and strong. This class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
