Compassionate support through life's transitions — counselling, yoga, emotional healing and physical wellbeing in Edinburgh and online.
Hello, I’m Louise, a qualified Counsellor and Yoga Teacher based in Corstorphine, Edinburgh. I teach Pregnancy Yoga, Parent and Baby Yoga and Yoga for Women classes in Corstorphine, Edinburgh, as well as providing online and face-to-face Counselling Services from my private practice in Edinburgh City Centre.
With nearly 20 years experience working in mental health, I specialise in supporting women’s mental and physical wellbeing so that you can live with more balance, ease and happiness.
“I went to Louise when I was pregnant with my second baby. I was worried about a recurrence of my post natal anxiety. Louise was absolutely fabulous, she supported me in a really personalised and responsive way. I have made huge improvements in my life and have survived the first month of being a mum of two! I highly, highly recommend Louise to help support your feelings around motherhood. Genuinely changed my life for the better”

How I Work
I use a pluralistic approach to counselling, meaning I tailor our work to fit your unique needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods. Together, we will focus on what feels most helpful for you, whether that’s exploring your emotions, understanding past experiences, or developing practical tools to manage life’s difficulties.
In addition to counselling, I also offer yoga classes that can support your mental and physical well-being. Yoga can be a powerful tool for reducing stress, increasing mindfulness, and fostering self-awareness. I teach a holistic approach that combines breathwork, movement, and relaxation techniques to help you feel grounded and more connected to your body and mind.
